Shipping and Returns

Due to the current situation involving Swine Flu, all orders for respirators and personal protection equipment are not guaranteed for expedited delivery. We are currently keeping up on all orders and are able to ship our stock at the expedited rate, just not guaranteed. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to process and expedite all orders in a timely fashion during this time of need. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping
All orders usually ship within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise notified.
Freight
"Freight Free" on all orders totalling over $6,000 and shipped UPS in continental U.S.A
Exceptions to "Freight Free" include, but are not limited to,Pelican cases, special order items, Justrite Mfg, Storage cabinets, etc., bulk chemicals, and hazardous materials.
International Shipments
For all International shipments Boss Safety Products is not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, Brokerage fees and/or other Fees placed on international shipments. We gladly ship to Canada and other International locations, please call for a shipping quote for orders placed outside the U.S or Canada.
APO Addresses
Boss Safety will ship to an APO address for an additional fee of $20.00. Shipping rates and any other additional fees will also be applied to the total shipping cost. Please call for a quote when shipping to an APO address.
Return Policy
*** Due to the influx in all Respirator Orders all Disposable Respirators, Cartridges, Filters will be non returnable until further notice as of 4/27/09*** We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in re-sellable condition (ie. original packaging, original condition, etc) and would like to return it, please give us a call at 800.418.0150 within 15 days after you received the product to get an RMA number for the return. Once we receive the returned package you will receive a full credit, minus freight. Does not apply to special orders. Special order items are non-returnable.
