North's new CFR-1 reusable particulate respirators give workers the comfort and protection they deserve at a much better value than ordinary dust masks. Ordinary dust masks quickly get warm, moist and uncomfortable and are often replaced several times a day. The filter in the CFR-1 does not touch the face keeping it cool and dry, and one filter can provide all day protection. The facepiece is reusable, and replaceable filters will save money and reduce waste. Features and benefits include: soft thermoplastic elastomer seal provides maximum comfort to ensure greater worker acceptance, exhalation valve removes air quicker for easier and cooler breathing, inhalation valve keeps the filter drier and allows the user to perform a positive pressure seal check, adjustable harness system will ensure a comfortable and secure fit, parking mechanism provides a convenient place to put respirator when not in use, N95 filters available for a wide range of applications, three sizes to comfortably fit most users. The CFR-1 Welding Respirator comes with a stainless steel mesh cover to protect the user from heat, sparks and slag.
