A Revolutionary Innovation! Miller innovation reinvented the full-body harness based on user-identified needs to create a balance of safety and functionality. The new Miller Revolution Harness combines comfort, durability, flexibility, style, fit, ease-of-use, convenience, and compliance into the most unique fall protection available today.
The Miller Revolution harness is constructed using DualTech webbing, tested to 7,000 lbs. tensile strength (40% stronger than ANSI requirements) with lightweight aluminum and stainless steel components to resist rust/corrosion. Easy, one-hand cam buckle adjustment/release allows simultaneous adjustment of shoulder straps. Features include: Integrated self contained label pack encapsulates labels minimizing damage and loss and conveniently positioned on the chest for easy access. ErgoArmor semi-flexible back shield minimizes impact from sharp/heavy snap hooks and self retracting lifelines. Knitted mesh membrane minimizes moisture absorption and maintains optimal air circulation; helps position back D-ring correctly for 95% of workers. The oversized back D-ring minimizes "false" connections. Modular attachment design provides connection points for belts, tools and accessories. Designed to distribute the weight of accessories across the hips and shoulders for comfort and mobility. Unique rotary PivotLink Connection design provides greater comfort in bending/mobility. Compliance: Revolution Harnesses meet all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements.
